Construction of Multi-Storied Apartment at Thoppumpady

This three-storied apartment with a plinth area of 129.80sm on the ground floor was built for Mr Mohan Varghese.

The construction of this building started on 02-Feb-2011 and was completed on 07-Dec-2012 well before the agreed time.

Additional Details:

• RCC was carried out for the Building with 35 no's of 450mm dia Piles and 17 no's of RCC Columns. 

• Flooring is done with first quality Vitrified Tiles on the ground floor. 

• 1 and 2nd  floors are done with Ceramic tiles. 

• All Bathroom floors are Anti-skid Ceramic tiles and dado with glazed tiles.

• Walls are plastered with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick inside and outside.

• This Building is provided with a ground-level water tank of capacity 5000 litres

• Overhead, the Water tank has a capacity of 6000 litres. 

• All the tanks are RCC tanks.

• High-quality sanitary fittings from 'Hindware' along with water supply fittings from Jaguar make was used.
