This is one of the latest ventures by our building construction company. It is the complete rebuilding of a house at Changanassery, an area totalling around 2000 Sqft excluding the car porch area.

Renovation - rebuild project at Changanassery was inclusive and complete with the design and fabrication of wardrobes, dressing table, glass partition, Kota stone flooring, and with modular kitchen.
Total Build Up area is 2300 Sqft including the car porch area.
The projected completion cost was Rs 55 Lacs. Actual cost for completion was 56.2 Lacs due to the changes in the design of kitchen interiors and equipment.
