The intent of this design is to take advantage of the home’s classic architecture, bring in additional natural light and utilize a combination of vintage and contemporary furnishings and accessories. 

• Designed for a family of 5 in 10 cents of land.

• The client's specific requirement was to have a bright and well ventilated simple elegant home.

• The home is traditional in style - materials, roof pitches and proportions, but modern in internal finishes.

• The home's design in its entirety will have a 'classic' and 'nurturing' feel.

Main Highlights

• All open spaces are multifunctional and not oversized.

• Ample outside space with landscaping for kids plays area.

• Vertical garden in the porch area adds more life to this house.

• Inner garden is provided instead of a courtyard.

• Kitchen island concept for adding style and ease of use.

• The staircase is made out of Glass and wood combination.
