Koi Fish Pond Renovation

This site is located very near to Kochi International Airport, an Initial visit to the site was in July.

Due to the poor construction of the Koi pond water was leaking out, it becomes nearly dry overnight. We took about 15 working days to complete the job. The completed project cost was Rs 95,000 LS.

• Existing Pond was thoroughly cleaned 

• The painting was removed completely

• Crack filling was done

• Reinforced the whole pond with 8mm steel bar

• R.C.C 1:4:6 with waterproofing additives

• Plastering with CM 1:4  1.5cm thick

• Waterproofing final coating done

• Tiling did with white Epoxy filling
