Successful Construction of 1st of Existing Building: A Testament to Quality Craftsmanship

In this article, we delve into the details of this remarkable undertaking, highlighting meticulous planning and execution that accomplished the project in just 45 days.

The Superstructure and Finishing Touches

We meticulously crafted the superstructure using country-burnt bricks in cm 1:6 on both the ground and first floors. For aesthetics and structure protection, we elegantly plastered walls with 15 cm thick layers of cm 1:4 on both sides.

One of the standout features of this project was the construction of the RCC stairs, utilizing a blend of RCC 1:2:4 and 20 mm broken stone. The staircase’s stainless steel handrails, both functional and polished to perfection, reflected the meticulous attention to detail.

Flooring was no less important. We laid 20 mm thick granite slabs on a foundation of 10 cm thick cm 1:5 PCC, which included 40 mm broken stones. The staircase featured 15 mm thick vitrified tiles with cement slurry, while skirting used vitrified tiles, reaching 10 cm high.

The Art of Finishing

The interior walls were given meticulous attention. They were treated to two coats of interior emulsion over a primer, complemented by two coats of wall putty. We enhanced the exterior walls with two coats of exterior emulsion over a primer coat, ensuring finesse and durability.

The Compound Wall and Final Flourish

We enclosed the property perimeter with a compound wall, constructing it using PCC blocks in cm 1:5. Then, we elegantly plastered it with 15 mm thick layers of cm 1:4. Adding both strength and a touch of architectural flair, we thoughtfully placed an inverted arch between the pillars. For a polished finish, we painted the compound wall with two coats of exterior emulsion over a primer coat.
