Renovation of Residential Building

The existing building no: CC 15/513A was having a plinth area of 54.80 sqm out of which 25.05 sm was with Rcc roof and 29.75 sqm with a Tiled roof.

 After completion of this work now the total plinth area comes to 109 sqm.

 Details of work carried out:

• The tiled roof was demolished and RCC roof constructed. 

• New bathrooms also constructed on the ground floor.

• The first floor also constructed with Brick walls, Lintels, sunshades and RCC roof slabs.

• Stainless steel Hand Rails were provided on 1 St floor stairs and on sitting out portion with stainless steel Tubes and Balls.

• Existing RCC staircase demolished from outside and a new one constructed from Dining room along with a new steel stair from 1st floor to the roof slab. 

• Staircase and hall on the 1st floor are provided with Vitrified tiles of make Asian. Edges of tiles are smoothened by grinding. Skirting is also provided for a height of 10 cm with Vitrified tiles.

• Rewiring is done with 1st class conduits all the Electrical fittings are replaced with Havells. New water tanks are installed on the roof level both freshwater and bore well water.

• Inside walls are painted with interior emulsion 2 coats over a coat of interior primer and with 2 coats of wall putty. 

• All the outside walls are finished with 2 coats of exterior emulsion over a coat of exterior primer.

• Tile cladding is done on the ground floor sit out portion with Ceramic tiles for a height of 2.10m on both the walls and column.

• Pergola is made with RCC beams of size 25*10 cm @ 60 cm centre to centre for a length of 3 m and 2 m in width on 1st floor sit out portion. This is covered with Polycarbonate sheets on stainless steel tubes and fixed on Pergola.

• The outside portion of the work area and on front sides are tiled with non-skid vitrified tiles. 

• Other portions are levelled with red earth in required slope and laid with 20mm broken granite stones.

Work was commenced on 25 the October 2014 and completed on on 6 the April 2015.for a total cost of Rs. 15.50 Lacs.
