Philip uncle lives in Soubhagya Family Association, Temple road Thrikkakara. He wanted to renovate his Koi Fish pond and also he wanted to install a proper filtration system for his pond.

This project was designed by Eyes consultants, Ernakulam and was executed by our Firm. Residential house of area 2800 Sqft was converted to Restaurant cum Art Gallery Named Ledhi.

This is building is a very old 2 storied building. Since the basements of the building are at a low-level, the building used to flood during monsoon rains and on high tides.
