What are Site Plans and their use?

A site plan is an aerial overview of the construction site that includes the main building and any adjacent structures.

Among its many uses are construction drawings for building enhancement and comprehending the extent of construction activities.

It also aids in identifying the topography of the building, such as roads, pavements, and so on.

A site plan can be used as part of a planning application to show where the proposed site is located and to provide details about the proposed building boundaries and adjacent land.

Following the planning, an architectural site plan will begin to incorporate more precise information needed for construction.
