Dear Team,

We just started our house construction and brick works are about to start.

I am searching for a waterproofing specialist to do the waterproofing for our home which is single floor building.

The total area will be 2050 SQFT (Approx.)

Could you please send me the proposal and advise me the way forward for this

Kindly do DPC ( Damp Proof Course) before you commence the brick work. DPC in cement mortar 1:3 ratio with added waterproofing compound . Applied to the Top of basement at a minimum thickness of 4 cm.

After Completion of your building, we can proceed with waterproof coatings to the roof slab and for the toilet walls and floor . Also pls note to add adequate quantities of water proofing compound to the concrete mixture while casting the roof slabs and sun shade.
